Repairs

Please lodge your repairs by emailing the Property Manager -rentals@zello.com.au. Be sure to include your property address, a detailed description of the problem and your best contact numbers. It is your responsibility as the tenant to notify us as soon as reasonably practicable of any damage to the property. We will then liaise with the owner and endeavour to rectify the situation as soon as possible.  

 

In the case of Urgent repairs, see clauses 16 & 17 in your lease. Please note that these repairs may not exceed $1,000.00.
