We were initially thinking of a more aggressive (certainly more expensive) sales campaign, which would certainly help splash [Zello's] name more on the newspaper. Rather than going along with that, you focused on the cost effectiveness of such a move and the timing of it, if needed at all, explaining to us clearly the rationale underpinning your view. The latter seemed sensible to us, hence we accepted it and it’s proved to be a wise approach. This once again has shown you have our best interests in mind.
Through this sale experience, you have instilled in us further confidence in your professional expertise in this whole business of property sales as well as in your ethical approach in having your clients’ interest at heart.
