My choice of Mari-Luise and her team to sell my house of 12 years was total serendipity. I was doorknocked and asked if I was thinking of selling (which I was) and I arranged for Mari-Luise to come and view the property. She impressed me enormously with her straightforward commonsense approach to the business of selling my property.

But it was coming up to Christmas and I could not see anything happening before then so I asked for there to be no further dealings until after the festive season. I thought the wait would be a test of her sincerity- one hassling phone call and I would have looked elsewhere. We did not make contact again until the New Year and then it was on in earnest. I didn’t even bother contacting another agent.

Mari-Luise and I devised a strategy for the sale that saved me a considerable amount of money in advertising and my property was sold within a month for a price I was more than happy with. This within six months of the GFC and in a ‘down-turning’ market. I could not have been happier.

Mari-Luise and Shaun were in constant contact and always available to keep me up to date with what was going on. She is now ‘keeping and eye out’ for my first home buyer daughter and has been a wonderful help to her. I still live in the area and we often meet by chance and it is always nice to say hello.
