We approached three real estate agents before deciding to appoint yourself. It was not an easy decision to make. There were a couple of reasons why we have appointed you: one being that we found you to be realistic in your approach about the market conditions, the other was your views about the property – i.e. the pluses and the minuses.

I think that it is safe to say that it was a tough period for selling property, mainly due to the current financial situation, yet you managed to find the buyer and sell it at the top range of your estimate, which was in line with the other two real estate agents’ valuation, and that is a great result.

The purchaser created a problem right at the end with a deposit issue and you stepped in and managed to resolve it to my satisfaction and I thank you for that.

We consider as your particular strength the fact that you have always made us feel completely and properly informed about what was going every step of the way, which is a kind of commitment one comes across seldom these days, but which made us feel confident in you.

I guess if I needed to summarize the experience in one sentence, I would say that you lived up to your word and simply did the job professionally without “ifs and buts”.
